Hindari terjadinya inflasi, Berharap Respon Cepat Pemkab

TANJUNG REDEB DIMENSINEWS – Member of Commission II of the Berau DPRD, Hj Elita Herlina reminded the Berau Regency Government to have breakthroughs and solutions to avoid inflation after the fuel price hike by the central government. 

He explained that the increase in fuel prices would have an impact on the increase in the price of goods, especially basic needs. So, the Berau Regency Government must be able to provide a quick response to prevent it. 

“Berau Regency Government, can hold a low-cost market through Diskoperindag. So the community feels helped too, it is also to prevent inflation in Berau, “he hoped.

However, if the cheap market is carried out, Elita hopes, the cheap market will not only be held in the 4 closest sub-districts, but also in the villages.

“Sekarang sudah mulai terasa, efek dari kenaikan harga BBM ini. Dan, sangat berpengaruh juga dengan harga barang dan kebutuhan pokok. Memang ini tidak bisa dihindari. Sehingganya pasar murah diadakan merata di seluruh kecamatan,” tuturnya.

Elita menyenut, saat ini yang diperlukan ialah bagaimana caranya pemerintah untuk menetralisir, kemudian mencarikan solusi, agar masyarakat ini tidak merasa terbebani.

“Apalagi ini kaitannya dengan kebutuhan bahan pokok, mau tidak mau masyarakat harus membeli,” tuturnya.

Dikatakannya, selain melalui pasar murah, diharapkan Pemkab Berau juga dapat meningkatkan UMKM sehingga roda perekonomian kita ini dapat terus berjalan. Kemudian Pemda juga diharapkan memberikan bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat yang kurang mampu.
